Help Build, Scale, and Evolve the #1 Platform for Local SEO + Lead Management LeadSnap is searching for a full-time Software Engineering Manager to oversee engineering, own our technical roadmap, and elevate the performance, scalability, and reliability of our rapidly growing SaaS platform. This is a high-impact, senior leadership role. You'll guide engineering strategy, write and review code when needed, ensure architecture integrity, implement AI-driven efficiencies, and help us scale a platform used by thousands of agencies and local business owners. What You'll Do Own LeadSnap's technical vision, architecture, and long-term system roadmap Lead, mentor, and manage a distributed development team with strong execution standards Conduct ongoing code reviews, enforce quality, and improve engineering discipline Write, refactor, and optimize code across multiple stacks (yes — you must vibecode) Build scalable modular architecture that can evolve quickly and reliably Oversee integrations with major APIs (Google, Zapier, Stripe, Twilio, FMCSA, etc.) Implement and manage DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows Drive the adoption of AI-based tooling, coding accelerators, and automation frameworks Collaborate with Product + UX to turn feature concepts into reality Maintain and improve security, data integrity, logging, and infrastructure reliability Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure layers Build systems for faster releases, fewer bugs, and predictable outcomes Help us scale from a fast-growing SaaS to an industry-dominating platform What You Must Bring This is not a junior or "hands-off" leadership role. You must be capable of leading AND coding at a high level — while shaping the future of the platform. 7+ years experience in engineering leadership or SaaS architecture Expert-level proficiency in PHP, Node.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, MySQL Deep experience scaling SaaS platforms, microservices, and complex data systems Strong fluency in AWS, DevOps tooling, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes Ability to perform extremely high-quality code reviews and refactoring Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding, prompt engineering, and automation tools Ability to "vibecode" — translate incomplete product ideas into clean, structured systems Strong understanding of security best practices, data protection, and API rate limitations Experience with agile methodologies, sprints, and engineering project management Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical concepts clearly High accountability, ownership, and consistency — no micromanagement required Traits We're Looking For We operate using EOS, value clarity and initiative, and expect high standards from our leaders.
