Job Title: AI Conversational Designer About This Role We're seeking a seasoned Conversational Experience Designer to join our team. As a key member of our project teams, you'll be responsible for delivering tailored talkbot solutions on the WIZ AI Talkbot Platform. Main Responsibilities: Create and implement effective conversation flows to engage users and meet client requirements. Develop and execute test suites to validate AI conversations on the WIZ Talkbot platform. Analyze user feedback, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them. Build and maintain a comprehensive database of industry-specific conversation scripts based on completed projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their text response needs and design engaging interactions. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conversation design, product management, customer success management, business analysis, or chatbot design. Demonstrated expertise in defining and optimizing conversation design workflows and processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills. Proven leadership or managerial experience, including leading project teams and mentoring colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to design and optimization.
