Cybersecurity Expert Role We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing malware trends at local, regional, and global levels. Responsibilities: Malware Trend Analysis : Monitor and analyze malware trends to understand their behavior, impact, and evolution. Content Creation : Develop in-depth analyses of ongoing Advanced Persistent Threat (APT) and Crimeware campaigns worldwide. Threat Intelligence Enhancement : Enhance the Threat Intelligence products developed by Kaspersky to provide actionable insights to customers. Cybersecurity Presentations : Deliver presentations on IT security topics to various audiences, including the cybersecurity community, customers, journalists, and more. Media Appearances : Give interviews about various cybersecurity trends and topics to media outlets. Product Development : Suggest ideas for new product features and prototype development to stay ahead of emerging threats. Infrastructure Security : Ensure the proper level of information security for all devices used to access company infrastructure. Language Proficiency : Excellent written and spoken English skills. Programming Skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, C#, Java, Python, Go, or Rust. Operating System Knowledge : Good knowledge of Windows PE file format, Intel x86 assembler, and Linux API/kernel/POSIX. Reversing Engineering : Ability to use IDA or Ghidra for reversing engineering tasks. Technical Writing : Strong technical writing skills to create clear and concise documentation. Networking Fundamentals : Understanding of TCP/IP sockets and network protocols. Threat Landscape Knowledge : Familiarity with modern threat landscapes and threat intelligence industry.
