Job Overview We are a sustainable manufacturing platform creating custom apparel for businesses and creators. Our innovative practices produce high-quality, eco-friendly products that rival luxury brands. The Apparel Designer will lead design projects from concept to final production-ready files, collaborating with clients and internal teams to translate their vision into compelling graphics. Lead design projects from initial concept through final production-ready files, ensuring every detail meets quality standards. Closely collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate their vision into engaging apparel graphics. Prepare and finalize all artwork for production, including proper file formats, export settings, and color specifications for print. This role requires proficiency in vector and raster-based graphics, experience in traditional illustration, and expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Self-motivated individuals who excel at solving problems creatively and possess a keen eye for aesthetics and visual design are ideal candidates. This is a full-time position with unlimited paid time off, a monthly wellness stipend, and biweekly pay.
