AI Adoption Lead Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Adoption Lead to champion enterprise-wide understanding, adoption, and responsible use of AI. This role involves leading Copilot training, building a champions network, managing external partners, and sharing best practices across internal and external audiences to embed AI fluency and excitement throughout the organization. Lead Copilot enablement: Deliver comprehensive training programs that empower teams to utilize Microsoft 365 Copilot effectively. Build the champions program: Recruit, train, and support internal AI champions to scale literacy and adoption. Drive cultural change: Create engaging content, demos, and workshops that demystify AI and foster a learning mindset. Share best practices: Curate and communicate AI success stories, use cases, and lessons learned across the organization and with external partners. Manage external suppliers: Source and oversee vendors for training, tooling, and enablement services. Partner cross-functionally: Collaborate with business, IT, and compliance to align AI literacy efforts with strategic goals. Measure impact: Track adoption, engagement, and capability growth across teams. You'll bring: Strong understanding of AI tools: Preferably Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem. Excellent communication and facilitation skills: Able to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. Experience in learning & development, change management, or digital transformation. Comfort working with external vendors and managing budgets. Passion for AI: A natural enthusiast who stays current on trends, tools, and opportunities to inspire others. Concise writing and clear storytelling for business partners. Mandatory: Fluency in English (written and spoken). Desired Qualifications: Prior corporate/enterprise experience. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot and the surrounding ecosystem. Background in community building and/or internal and social platform communications.
