Job Opportunity: IT Infrastructure Leadership We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our infrastructure team, responsible for core operations and improvements. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, planning, and cross-functional collaboration across global teams. About the Role: The successful candidate will oversee a small team of infrastructure specialists, guiding them across compute, storage, and network domains. They will coordinate infrastructure tasks, timelines, and dependencies; ensuring alignment with technical goals. Facilitating change windows, maintenance schedules, and upgrades with internal and external stakeholders. Tracking and escalating risks, issues, and blockers with clear context and recommended actions. Maintaining documentation, dashboards, and status reports for leadership and technical teams. Supporting vendor coordination for hardware logistics, remote hands, and service delivery. Ensuring compliance with change management and security protocols. Organizing and leading team standups, working sessions, and stakeholder updates. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3 to 5 years of strong experience in IT infrastructure. Experience leading infrastructure initiatives in hybrid or co-managed environments. A solid understanding of servers, virtualization, storage, networking, DNS, and monitoring. Proficiency with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or Smartsheet. Strong communication and documentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences. The ability to manage priorities across time zones and work independently. Nice to have familiarity with ITIL, disaster recovery, and business continuity practices.
