We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to own the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing initiatives. About the Role Campaign Management: Plan, design, set up, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from concept to delivery. Process Optimization: Continuously iterate, improve, and build scalable marketing workflows and operational frameworks. Channel Ownership: Manage and optimize performance across multiple channels — Email Marketing, Push Notifications, Landing Pages, Social Media, Affiliates, SEO, Paid Ads, and more. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with designers, translators, copywriters, operators, and developers to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery. Data Analysis: Deliver actionable insights and analyses focused on acquisition, activation, and retention strategies. Localization Quality: Oversee and improve translation quality for localized content across app, website, and marketing assets. Required Skills and Qualifications Highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think critically. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools.
