Now, we’re seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our remote team and help drive our next phase of innovation.Role OverviewIn this role, you will be a crucial contributor to our platform, designing and implementing features across the tech stack, optimizing performance, and ensuring the highest security standards. You’ll have a chance to build impactful solutions that streamline staffing operations for our clients.Ideal Qualifications5+ years of experience in Python.5+ years of experience building web applications (Fast API, Django, or Flask).2+ years of experience with Java Script frameworks (React or Vue).Comfortable independently developing full-stack features, from backend to frontend.Extensive knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.Experience with payments or fintech is preferred.Must be able to work with at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (EST).Interview ProcessIntroductory Call – 15-30 minutesMeet with a member of our team for a brief conversation about your background and the role.Technical Deep Dive – 45-60 minutesWalk us through a feature or project you’ve built, focusing on code review, design decisions, improvements, and lessons learned.
