Responsibilities:

- Craft, optimize, and manage APIs for seamless data exchange.
- Tackle system optimization, performance, privacy, and data encryption challenges.
- Troubleshoot synchronous systems issues.
- Develop robust, scalable, testing platform-level systems.
- Champion iterative development and continuous enhancement.
- Stay at the forefront of trends in Kafka, Event architecture, GraphQL, Apollo, Microservices, Systems, and API design.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Synchronous systems, GraphQL, Python, Kafka, and Microservices architecture.
- Secure, performant database design and cryptography.
- Seamless integration with external messaging and payment platforms.
- Event-driven systems and synchronous systems.
- CI/CD pipeline implementation for automated deployment.
- Breadth of experience in API development for seamless data interaction.
- Automation, Git version control, and collaborative workflows.
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of Systems Engineering experience, specializing in Microservices, Systems Engineering, Database design, Event-driven architecture, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, CI/CD, Infrastructure, and API development.
- Demonstrated and led success in real-world, real-time high throughput systems with hundreds of thousands of users, employing secure, performant, and efficient backend design and implementation.
- Expertise in DevOps practices.
- Bachelor's degree, Master’s Degree preferred, in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
