U.S. Tax & Accounting Expert for Foreign-Owned Entities We seek an exceptional U.S. tax and accounting professional to join our team, specializing in foreign-owned entities. Key responsibilities include: Filing tax returns for various entity types, including Form 1065, Schedule K-1, S-Corporations (Form 1120-S), disregarded entities (Form 5472), and individual tax returns (Form 1040). Managing monthly/quarterly bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. Overseeing payroll compliance when necessary. Advising clients on tax-saving strategies and compliance timelines. Reviewing and correcting client-provided records, ensuring data accuracy. Requirements: QuickBooks Online expertise. Strong Excel skills. Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Exceptional organizational skills. Able to simplify complex tax concepts. Curious about cross-border structures. Proactive in identifying issues.
