Dingus and Zazzy is looking for a creative SEO specialist to optimize content for search engines based on analytics and keyword research.

Running a company is a little like building a plane while flying it. There’s always too much to do, and doing one thing means neglecting something else. You have to blog but also be active on social media. You have to build websites and then optimize them for mobile. Email lists. Emails. Keywords. SEM. SEO. UX. UI. FML. OMG. That’s where we come in. About You:
You’re diligent and independent, have an excellent eye for attention to detail, and you love a job well done. You might even describe yourself as a perfectionist.

- Willingness to learn new skills (e.g. new types of campaigns, setting up conversion tracking, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SEO practices
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytic tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Highly detail-oriented
- Effective time management
- Experience with paid campaigns, especially on Meta, as well as Google and LinkedIn
- Proficiency using Yoast
About The Role:
As an SEO Specialist at D&Z, you will get to do more than just implement keywords into a website. You will be responsible for the overall search strategy to ensure good organic traffic and exposure for websites. More specifically, you’ll get to:
- Monitor search algorithms set by search engines to keep up with changes in the SEO landscape
- Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
- Use social media to distribute content and encourage external sites to link back to the site of the organization
- Drive targeted and loyal traffic to the website through effective community-building
- Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization methods to turn visitors into more active users
- Continually check search terms, rankings and analytics to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
Our operating hours are from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. MST, Monday to Friday.
