Financial Expert Elevate financial accuracy and operational excellence within a dynamic international finance team. Perform and review complex transaction reconciliations in QuickBooks Online; Accurately classify and code complex transactions, including accruals, prepaids, and multi-department allocations; Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and supporting schedules; Review and approve expense reports for accuracy and policy compliance; Handle escalated AP/AR issues, manage aging reports, assist with collection efforts, and maintain vendor relationships; Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel, solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Detailed Responsibilities Conduct thorough reviews of financial data and prepare detailed analyses to identify trends and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. Develop and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of financial goals and objectives. Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive growth. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel; Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting principles; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively; Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
