Partner Success Coordinator (K-12 Schools) (Customer Success, B2B) ******IMPORTANT****** Qualification: Mid (4yrs+) in academic coordination/operations, program management, or Customer Success; experience with international or multi-system school partnerships strongly preferred. English: Fluent Contract: PJ Compensation: Salary + Bonus, depending on experience Location: Hybrid, 3+ days on-site in São Paulo (Zona Sul); availability for nationwide travel (evenings/weekends as needed). ********************** About Us WorldEd is an established K–12 school with an international footprint built through long-term partnerships with schools and educational institutions. We support partners with high-quality academic programs, clear processes, and a delivery model designed for real implementation. As we grow, we’re tightening operations with people who execute reliably, ensuring strong partner experience and on-time student outcomes. Job Overview You’ll own the day-to-day success of WorldEd’s partner schools, ensuring programs run correctly, academic processes are executed without delays, and students progress on time. This role blends partner relationship management with academic operations and deadline-driven execution. Most of the work is done from our office (hybrid), supporting schools remotely through monitoring, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving. However, this is also a travel-heavy role during key periods of the academic year (e.g., onboarding, start-of-term implementation, trainings, quality checks, and strategic visits). During these periods, the schedule can become demanding, with frequent trips and full-day on-site work. This role is for someone who takes full ownership: follows through consistently, escalates risks early, keeps records accurate, and drives issues to resolution, without needing reminders. Critical Operations Coverage (important) Occasionally, urgent academic or partner issues may arise outside standard working hours (including during breaks). When this happens, you’re expected to be reachable, respond promptly, and help drive resolution, especially when student progress, compliance, or partner trust is at risk. This is occasional, not constant, but we take responsibility when something critical must be handled. Key Responsibilities Own assigned partner schools as the primary point of contact; maintain strong relationships with coordinators, teachers, and key stakeholders. Provide day-to-day partner support across channels (WhatsApp, email, calls), ensuring fast follow-up and clear communication. Lead on-site visit cycles during travel-intensive periods to align expectations, deliver trainings, run quality checks, and drive action plans (including occasional weekends). Ensure consistent implementation of WorldEd curriculum, methodology, resources, and instructional technology in partner schools. Monitor student progress and academic operations (completion, grades, deadlines), proactively flag risks, and coordinate interventions to keep students on track. Troubleshoot academic and technology issues, escalate when needed, and own resolution through closure. Enforce WorldEd academic policies and quality standards (integrity, attendance, grading), including evidence reviews and corrective actions when required. Maintain auditable documentation in LMS/SIS and shared trackers, and provide regular reporting to partners and WorldEd leadership with risks, actions, owners, and due dates. Success Metrics (LAER-aligned) Measured by: Retention, Adoption, Completion, SLA/Responsiveness, and NPS/Satisfaction across your assigned partner schools. Qualifications Required 4+ years in academic coordination/operations, program management, customer success, or partner success (experience with international or multi-school partnerships strongly preferred). Strong operational execution: accurate tracking, consistent follow-up, and reliable delivery against academic timelines and deadlines. Strong stakeholder management: able to run training sessions, handle sensitive conversations, and coordinate across multiple decision-makers. Systems and data-oriented: proficient with LMS/online learning platforms and dashboards/trackers; quick to learn new tools. Fluent English required. Full availability to travel is required, including demanding travel schedules during specific periods of the year, with on-site full days and occasional weekends. This role is not for you if… (important)… you’re not fully available to travel or you want a role that is primarily office-only. … you avoid follow-up and don’t like operating with deadlines, checklists, and accountability. … you prefer “handing off” problems instead of owning them through to resolution. … you struggle to manage multiple schools at once with strong documentation and consistent communication. … you expect rigid boundaries regardless of context and won’t step in when something critical needs to be handled. What We Offer A culture in a constantly growing segment with continuous learning opportunities. Full scholarship for direct dependents in WorldEd’s Programs. Total Pass wellness and quality of life benefit. Hybrid work model: Sao Paulo (Zona Sul) office + home-office + regular partner visits nationwide. Parking at headquarters. Compensation plan, consisting of a fixed monthly amount + bonus plan tied to goals. If you’re passionate about helping students succeed through high-quality education, disciplined about operational execution, strong in partner relationship management, and fully available to travel as needed to drive partner success on-site, we want to hear from you.
