Job Title: Technical Recruiter Location: Brazil (Remote) Salary $60 to 64 Per Day Employment Type: Full-time / Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter based in Brazil to support end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across engineering, data, cloud, and emerging tech domains. This is a fully remote position, collaborating with global hiring managers to attract, evaluate, and hire top technical talent. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities Source candidates using multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and technical communities Screen resumes and conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview panels Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and ensure recruitment metrics are tracked Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needs Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities
