O que procuramos? Buscamos uma Pessoa Gerente de Delivery (Delivery Manager) experiente para se juntar à nossa equipe e fazer a gestão integral dos serviços de AMS em um de nossos clientes, uma multinacional alemã e líder mundial em software de gestão empresarial (ERP). Como Pessoa Gerente de Delivery, você será a peça-chave na gestão de serviços de AMS (Application Management Services), garantindo a excelência na entrega, a satisfação do cliente e o alinhamento estratégico com os objetivos do projeto. Seu papel será fundamental como ponte entre o cliente e nossa equipe técnica, assegurando a qualidade, otimizando processos e promovendo a evolução contínua das operações de suporte e manutenção de sistemas. Atribuições principais: Gerenciar integralmente contratos de AMS, monitorando performance, KPIs e o cumprimento rigoroso dos Acordos de Nível de Serviço (SLAs). Liderar equipes técnicas multidisciplinares, orquestrando atividades de suporte corretivo, evolutivo e preventivo em ambientes SAP e não-SAP. Atuar como ponto focal e principal interface entre o cliente e a equipe técnica, conduzindo reuniões de governança e apresentando status reports executivos. Conduzir com sucesso planos de transição e estabilização de novos contratos de AMS. Garantir o cumprimento de prazos, escopo e qualidade das entregas, propondo melhorias contínuas para otimizar processos e reduzir incidentes. Apoiar a gestão de capacidade do time, a priorização de demandas e o planejamento de releases. Identificar e propor oportunidades de melhoria e evolução tecnológica no ambiente do cliente. Apoiar processos de auditoria e conformidade, garantindo a aderência a normas internas e externas. Comunicar-se de forma eficaz com stakeholders em inglês e espanhol, atendendo às necessidades de projetos globais. Requisitos: Sólida experiência em gestão de contratos de AMS, preferencialmente em ambientes SAP . Vivência comprovada em gestão de equipes técnicas, controle de SLAs e governança de contratos de TI. Experiência em projetos de transformação digital e, idealmente, em migrações para SAP S/4HANA. Habilidade para atuar em contextos multiculturais e com times distribuídos geograficamente. Perfil analítico, com forte orientação a resultados e foco na satisfação do cliente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação, negociação e gestão de conflitos. Formação superior completa em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia, Administração ou áreas correlatas. Fluência em Inglês e Espanhol (oral e escrita) é imprescindível para esta posição. Diferenciais: Certificação ITIL v3 ou superior. Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban). Atuação prévia em consultorias globais de tecnologia. Localidade da posição: Híbrido 2x na semana em São Paulo/SP ou São Leopoldo/RS (de acordo com sua localidade).
