Key Responsibilities • Design and develop robust, scalable applications supporting E-Trading systems across asset classes • Work with trading, operations, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions • Apply sound design and architecture principles, using data structures and algorithms for performance • Stay current with technologies and industry trends, particularly within algorithmic and e-Trading platforms • Analyze and resolve system bottlenecks, performance issues, and application bugs The Ideal candidate • Hands-on experience with C# - including experience in electronic trading platforms • Experience with unit testing and CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge on one of the following: Equities; FX; Rates; Credit; and Derivatives is a plus • In-depth knowledge of multithreading, memory management, and low-latency systems • Solid understanding of design & architecture principles, common data structures and algorithms complexity • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools like Intellij, JIRA and Confluence and version control in Git • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Why should you join Phi Parnters Join us as we build the next-generation e Trading team, an ambitious, fast-growing group delivering world-class, complex, and genuinely exciting projects to major financial institutions around the globe.
