Job Opportunity: Infor LN Cloud Expert We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Infor LN Cloud Consultant / Tester. As a subject matter expert, you will facilitate knowledge transfer, ensure service stability, and act as a liaison between local stakeholders and the global implementation team. Key Responsibilities Lead the initial knowledge transition by gathering information from experienced SMEs and incumbent teams, and sharing it with the implementation team Develop process and solution understanding documentation Act as a liaison between the Brazil-based teams (client and incumbent) and the India-based implementation team Provide AMS support for Infor LN Cloud Edition and help establish service stability post go-live Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English – reading, writing, and listening Hands-on experience with ERP systems, specifically with Infor LN Experience in configuring and managing Brazil localization packages within ERP systems Strong understanding of the Nota Fiscal process
