The IT Infrastructure and Operations Leader oversees the planning, execution, and operational success of the organization's IT infrastructure initiatives and daily operations. Program and Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of multiple, interconnected infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful project delivery. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for the IT infrastructure and operations function, guaranteeing alignment with overall business goals and future requirements. Budget and Financial Management: Manage program and operational expenditures, ensuring cost-effectiveness of IT investments and promoting fiscal responsibility. About This Role As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of strategic plans, overseeing the execution of IT infrastructure projects, and ensuring the organization's IT operations run smoothly. This role requires a strong leader who can navigate complex technical environments, build effective relationships with stakeholders, and drive results-oriented teams. Key Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps for the IT infrastructure and operations function. Leading the end-to-end management of multiple, interconnected infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT project management, with a focus on infrastructure and operations. Proven track record of delivering large-scale IT projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams. A deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
