Job Title: Front-End Developer (React / Svelte / Astro) – Smart TV Platforms Location: Remote Type: Contract About the Role Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for Smart TV and embedded device applications Build high-quality front-end experiences using React, Svelte, and/or Astro Implement software design patterns and best practices Integrate REST APIs and work with new APIs/SDKs quickly and efficiently Work closely with QA teams and contribute to Selenium-based automation efforts Support CI/CD pipelines, branching patterns, and test-driven development Advocate for high-quality software standards and excellent user experience Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions Participate in agile ceremonies across multiple scrum teams Required Qualifications 3+ years of professional HTML/CSS/JavaScript development experience 3+ years of development experience with front-end frameworks (React required; Svelte and/or Astro preferred) Experience developing for non-browser environments, including Smart TVs and embedded devices Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Experience with Selenium / QA automation Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Experience with unit testing, TDD, CI/CD processes Strong understanding of software design patterns Experience integrating REST APIs Ability to work in a fast-paced Agile environment Strong focus on user experience and product quality
