About Us At Space Financial Group, we help entrepreneurs from the US, Latin America, Brazil, and worldwide set up and run U.S. companies the right way. We specialize in LLCs, S-Corps, tax compliance, bookkeeping, and Virtual CFO services for both foreign-owned U.S. entities and traditional American clients. We’re growing fast and need an experienced, detail-oriented accounting and tax professional who loves solving complex cross-border puzzles and delivering peace of mind to clients. Responsibilities Prepare and file U.S. federal (and some state) tax returns for: - Single-member & multi-member LLCs (Form 1065, Schedule K-1) - S-Corporations (Form 1120-S, K-1s) - Foreign-owned U.S. disregarded entities and corporations (Form 5472, 1120) - U.S. individual tax returns (Form 1040, 1040-NR for non-residents) Manage monthly/quarterly bookkeeping and financial statement preparation using QuickBooks Online Oversee payroll compliance when applicable Advise clients (in Spanish, Portuguese, or English) on tax-saving strategies, entity structuring, BOI reporting (FinCEN), and compliance timelines Review and correct client-provided records, flag red flags, and ensure data accuracy Collaborate with U.S.-based CPAs/Enrolled Agents on complex cases while owning day-to-day execution Qualifications 3+ years of recent U.S. tax preparation experience with partnerships, S-Corps, and individuals Practical experience with foreign-owned U.S. entities (Form 5472, 1120) is a strong plus Solid background preparing Form 1040 for U.S. citizens/residents Mastery of QuickBooks Online (QBO) Advanced Excel skills and ability to build models or schedules Fluency in Spanish , English , and Portuguese You’ll Thrive Here If You Are… Extremely organized and deadline-driven Great at simplifying complex tax concepts across different languages Curious about cross-border legal and tax structures Comfortable working remotely and independently Proactive – you spot problems before the IRS does Compensation & Benefits 💰 R$6,000 – R$9,000 BRL/month (depending on experience & certifications)🏠 100% remote – work from anywhere 🏖 Paid time off 📚 Annual training/conference budget 🚀 Growth path to Senior Tax Strategist / Team Lead Sound like you?
