Sobre a Vaga

Você será responsável por entregar projetos digitais “limpos”, seguindo planos de testes e criando tickets de bugs impecáveis, conforme os protocolos de qualidade global. Também será responsável pela garantia de qualidade com foco na funcionalidade e compatibilidade dos projetos analisados. Os tickets de bugs registrados devem ser escritos do ponto de vista técnico e podem incluir sugestões de correções ou soluções alternativas. Deve ter um olhar atento e ser hábil na localização de bugs repetíveis.

Responsabilidades

• Realizar análise de requisitos, incluindo todas as fases e estágios de teste de software;

• Assumir a propriedade dos projetos de controle de qualidade atribuídos desde o início até à entrega;

• Executar planos eficazes para controle de qualidade, revisão e auditorias, entregando projetos “limpos” e livres de bugs;

• Contribuir para o design e validar a funcionalidade dos conceitos de design;

• Rastrear e manter a entrada de defeitos e o fluxo de trabalho no rastreador de defeitos;

• Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com gerentes de projetos e desenvolvedores para garantir a qualidade e a conclusão dos projetos no prazo;

• Manter um conhecimento ativo e contínuo das tecnologias emergentes, bem como de como testá-las em um cenário tecnológico em constante evolução;

• Desenvolver materiais de boas práticas para que os demais grupos adjacentes à tecnologia realizem suas verificações de qualidade em todas as fases do ciclo de vida do projeto;

• Buscar proativamente treinamento e certificações adicionais mediante solicitação do Líder de Digital;

• Desenvolver e rastrear métricas para garantia de qualidade.

Pré-requisitos

• Bacharel em Desenvolvimento de Software, Tecnologia da Informação ou áreas correlatas;

• Inglês avançado (seu time de contato direto será global);

• Certificação em Doubleclick Banner (desejável);

• Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência como Analista de Quality Assurance ou UX;

• Conhecimento dos principais navegadores da Internet, capaz de usar Mac e PC, ter conhecimento de plug-ins de navegador como JavaScript, Flash, etc., familiarizado com tablets (Android, iPad) e smartphones;

• Conhecimento excepcional do ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento de software e como ele cruza as práticas de teste e garantia de qualidade;

• Experiência em ambiente de agencia de publicidade, ou similar;

• Familiaridade com recomendações de experiência do usuário e SEO.
