We are seeking a highly experienced IT Project Manager to lead our application software development projects in an Agile Scrum environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams of Technical Architects, Developers, QA professionals, and Business Analysts. They will also possess hands-on experience with Microsoft DevOps, managing user stories, epics, sprints, and Agile metrics such as burndown charts. Required Skills and Qualifications Fluent English speaker with a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Administration. Minimum 8 years of IT Project Management experience in Agile Scrum environment. Prior hands-on development or coding experience. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Desirable Requirements: Experience in the Oil and Gas industry. Previous experience in a consulting role or possessing a consultative mindset. PMP certification and CSM. Familiarity with Change Management, Risk Analysis, and Cloud Technologies.
