Learning Solutions Designer Key Responsibilities: Develop clear content structures and storyboards based on curriculum maps and subject matter expert input. Prepare and maintain instructional documents, including course outlines and training materials. Collaborate with SMEs to gather missing details and ensure content accuracy, reviewing provided materials to identify inconsistencies or gaps. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in instructional design and development. Understanding of instructional design models (Gagné, Merrill, ADDIE, SAM, etc.) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT). Strong written English skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with technical content. Excellent communication skills, information-structuring abilities, and experience working with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, etc.).
