Main activities and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the sales process with system demonstrations and product guidance
- Conducting customer onboarding
- Being the point of contact for customers in the event of queries and requests;
- Collecting suggestions and demands from clients and responding to them;
- Monitoring new features and system updates with the development team;
- Analyze and manage problems reported by various clients in the financial sector in different applications;
- Performing behavioral and root cause analyses. Validating and resolving bugs;
- Analyzing data performance and consistency;
- Improving the user experience (UX);
- Identify opportunities for improvement in internal processes and report to the rest of the team;
- Conducting meetings and presentations;
- Contributing to the development of projects and processes to improve internal areas;
Function Specific Knowledge :
- Intermediate or Advanced English
- Able to use Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, power Point and Outlook)
- Experience in multi-national firm is a must;
- Experience on solar area;
Education and Minimum Requirements:
Complete Graduation on business area
