Job Summary The Clinical Project Manager Vaccines LATAM role is a key position within our organization. In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance across various regions, planning and executing clinical projects, overseeing project budgets, and leading cross-functional teams. This critical role requires an individual with 3+ years of experience in cross-functional clinical project management, possessing strong knowledge of regulations and GEP guidelines, as well as the ability to interpret protocols across diverse regions and deliver end-to-end projects. Responsibilities Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to GEP guidelines across all clinical projects. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation. Leverage strong leadership skills to manage and motivate cross-functional teams. Maintain open communication with stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and satisfaction. Requirements To succeed in this challenging role, the ideal candidate must possess: A risk-averse approach to mitigate potential project risks. Strong adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing project landscapes. Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of clinical project management principles and practices. Work Environment This position requires a commitment of 4 days per week and is open to remote workers based in Brasília, Brazil.
