Oracle Cloud Field Service Expertise Specialist

Job Title: Oracle Cloud Field Service Expertise Specialist We are seeking a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Field Service. This expert will lead the design, configuration, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our field service operations. Responsibilities: Design and implement scalable solutions for business workflows, scheduling, routing, and mobile field operations using Oracle Field Service Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions. Configure OFS modules, including capacity management, work order orchestration, routing plans, and mobility experiences. Integrate OFS with other cloud applications, especially Oracle Service Cloud, Oracle CPQ, and external systems via APIs. Perform solution testing, UAT support, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to ensure seamless field operations. Recommend best practices and continuous improvements in field service processes. Support deployment activities, including data migration, configuration promotion, and post-go-live stabilization. Requirements: 3–5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS). Strong understanding of OFS architecture, configuration frameworks, APIs, message scenarios, routing, and capacity planning. Experience designing workflows, activity types, and policy configurations in OFS. Ability to write and interpret OFS API integrations, business rules, and extensibility scripts. Proven ability to gather requirements and convert them into actionable configuration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience working in Agile or hybrid project delivery environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow/OSvC) configuration, workflows, and integrations. Experience with Oracle CPQ (quoting workflows, commerce rules, integrations). Understanding of broader Oracle CX Cloud architecture and integrations. Experience with mobile workforce or field service applications outside Oracle. Knowledge of cloud integration tools (OIC, Boomi, MuleSoft, etc.).
