Visão Geral

Somos um estúdio brasileiro que está desenvolvendo um jogo shooter em terceira pessoa (TPS) Multiplayer para dispositivos Mobile e PC crossplataforma - UniqKiller.

Estamos em busca de uma pessoa Engenheira de Unreal qualificada e motivada para estruturar e codificar nossos projetos e jogos.

O/A candidato/a ideal será responsável por implantar e manter nossa arquitetura, desenvolver features e ferramentas, participar de conversas e discussões sobre o desenvolvimento do projeto e estar alinhada com todo o time de desenvolvimento.

Responsabilidades

  • Projetar, prototipar, implementar, documentar e manter diversos sistemas e features base;
  • Criação e manutenção de ferramentas internas;
  • Responsável pela arquitetura e desenvolvimento de novas features e sistemas, tal como manutenção de código já desenvolvido;
  • Acompanhar o desenvolvimento de features e sistemas com olhar crítico e profissional propondo soluções e alternativas;
  • Trabalhar próximo a Game Designers, Programadores; Artistas e QAs;
  • Estimar tarefas e manter as entregas em dia e em alinhamento com o time de Produção;
  • Manter alinhado com seu time e liderança o status e a progressão das tarefas que estão sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Manter um código limpo, organizado e documentado de acordo com os padrões da empresa;
  • Manter-se atualizado sobre as últimas tecnologias e tendências no desenvolvimento de jogos para garantir a entrega de um produto de alta qualidade;
  • Criação da documentação técnica das atividades produzidas;
  • Comunicar-se efetivamente com o time e outros líderes sobre o trabalho e desenvolvimento dos projetos;
  • Revisar documentação e design de arquiteturas propostas como soluções por outros membros do time.

Qualificações

  • Mínimo de 5 Anos de experiência profissional;
  • Experiência avançada em C++ e Blueprint em Unreal Engine 5;
  • Conhecimento em algoritmos, estruturas de dados, design patterns, debugging e otimizações de desempenho;
  • Experiência com sistemas de jogabilidade multiplayer;
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de jogos mobile (iOS e Android) e PC;
  • Experiência em sistemas de versionamento de código (Git).

Diferenciais

  • Experiência em práticas de metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Experiência em desenvolvimento de jogo mobile free to play;
  • Experiência com publicação de jogos (diferentes plataformas como Mobile, PC, etc);
  • Conhecimento em conceitos básicos de Game Design.
