**Head of Customer Success Engineering Role Overview About the Position: We are seeking a customer-focused technical leader to join our global team as Head of Customer Success Engineering. Technical Delivery: Lead a team of engineers in prioritizing and resolving complex issues, while collaborating with internal teams to drive product improvements. Process Optimization: Work with the team to streamline processes and increase efficiency. Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports to measure team performance and progress. People Development: Mentor and train the team to enhance their skills and knowledge. Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles, such as Implementation, Presales, Solutions Engineering, or Consulting. Strong technical acumen and risk management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
