We're working with a fast-growing D2C business in the health space , HQ in London, already operating successfully in Brazil and now expanding further into Latin America. We're looking for two exceptional hires in São Paulo (hybrid, but mostly in-office) with very similar skills, but slightly different focuses and seniority:

1. Entrepreneur in Residence – Launcher (New Category)

You'll own the P&L for one of the company's biggest growth opportunities – we're looking for a generalist with relevant years in growth, product, commercial, and/or go-to-market strategy . Ideally, you:

  • Bring ~8 years of experience -- 2–4 years in top-tier consulting and then in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
  • Have launched or scaled a business unit, country, or product from scratch.
  • Could be a former founder or BU/Country Manager with proven execution.

2. Strategy & Operations Manager

You'll drive strategic projects and operational excellence across one of the categories. We're looking for someone with:

  • ~4 years in consulting or operations roles at a scale-up (ideally, you've seen both).
  • A strong mix of analytical thinking and on-the-ground operational drive.
  • The ability to translate strategy into action and make things happen fast.

For both roles, we value:

  • Founder's mindset – highly hands-on and proactive.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills.
  • Very (very) comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Excellent English (you'll work closely with the UK HQ).
  • Experience in D2C / consumer is a big plus.

Location: São Paulo, Brazil (hybrid, mostly in-office). Work closely with teams in Brazil and the UK to build and scale impactful products for Latin America.
