Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the whole process project management of the project delivery phase；
  • Understand the rules of project operation. Complete the professional management and control of the project from the five stages of initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing, complete the integrated management of the project, demand management, cost management, quality management, risk management, etc., to ensure the high-quality delivery of project products at cost and according to plan ；
  • Guarantee the project team Organization and coordinate the resources of all parties during the project process, and coordinate the progress of the project progress, risks, quality and problems;
  • Responsible for organizing the communication management inside and outside the project, formulating and arranging communication meetings, formulating communication plans, arranging communication meetings and methods of communication and communication, and ensuring smooth, timely, and correct communication related to the project;
  • Responsible for mastering the work progress of project team members, reporting project progress, risks, and corresponding solutions;
  • Responsible for preliminary judgment and coordination of on-site problems.
  • Supplier management, Develop the suppliers by regions and all Brasil region to guarantee the Delivery quality in the projects;
  • Support to review the solution of the project to be delivered and support and able to make the design if necessary;
  • CAD files knowledge (how to check the documents and if necessary how to edit the files to support the PPI/PDI review.

Requirements

  • More than 3 years of project management experience;
  • Outstanding communication skills, strong organization, coordination and service awareness;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive work, strong execution, strong teamwork and communication skills;
  • PMP certificate is preferred;
  • Ability to use English as a working language.
