- Acelerar a adoção de early adopters e ciclo de vida do produto.
- Acelerar a adoção de produtos existente através de campanhas de marketing focais e estratégicas;
- Conduzir pesquisa de mercado e se manter informado sobre competitividade, analisar dados do mercado para identificar oportunidades, prioridades e influenciar a estratégia do produto.
- Criar e gerenciar o marketing criativo do produto em uma parceria com nossos times.
- Criar e alinhar estratégias de marketing junto aos demais times e stakeholders da companhia.
- Estabelecer OKRs individuais para mensurar sucesso das iniciativas de marketing de produto.
- Analisar e reportar a performance do produto, campanhas de marketing e fazer recomendações baseadas em dados para otimização das campanhas.
Pre-requisitos:
- Conhecimento em investimentos nacionais e/ou internacionais.
- Formação superior completa em Administração, Economia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência anterior com gestão de pessoas.
- Experiência com colaboração com diversos times em projetos para construir produtos e serviços com foco no cliente.
- Experiência e habilidade de manter Interface com as áreas de estratégia e níveis táticos como times de negócios, banking e investimentos;
- Inglês mínimo avançado
