Position: Sailpoint Engineer
BRAZIL or nearshore countries
Duration: 12 month contract with extensions
Must haves:
- 2-3 years of Sailpoint Identity IQ and IdentityNow developer experience
- Experience working with multiple enterprise level customers
- Strong background in SailPoint products, specifically implentations in Sailpoint Identity IQ and Sailpoint IdentityNow
- Strong communication and able to execute tasks independently
- Certifications in SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityIQ Engineer Certification, SailPoint IdentityNow Certification, IdentityNow Professional Ceritifcation or IdentityNow Engineer Certification
Plusses:
- Experience with Service Now
Day to Day:
These individuals will be working with CDW customers to help facilitate various tasks. They will be working directly with customer ticketing portals and driving integrations and releases. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for deploying and maintaining a Identity Access Management program using SailPoint for large-scale environments. They will work on tasks within integrations and report on completed tasks. They will need to work with various users in the organization to assist in troubleshooting.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide updates.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all processes and changes.
- Support: Provide training and support to end-users on SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow.
- Security Compliance: Ensure compliance with security policies and conduct regular audits.
- Incident Management: Respond to and resolve incidents related to IAM.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaboration: Work with other IT teams for seamless integration and operation.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and address issues in the IAM system
