Backend Software Developer We're seeking a skilled Backend Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining scalable backend services that enable advertisers to create, manage, and measure campaigns at scale. Main Responsibilities: You'll help design and evolve the platform that enables advertisers to create, manage, and measure campaigns at scale. Own critical infrastructure across Python, Go, and Kafka ecosystems. Architect APIs and data models used company-wide. Develop monitoring tools for mission-critical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve performance and scalability. Requirements: Experience: 5+ years building scalable backend systems in production. Language Skills: Strong experience with Python and/or Go. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of distributed systems, databases, and API design. Cloud Platforms: Experience with AWS or GCP and infrastructure as code. Additional Skills: Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices.
