Job Overview The Business Development Representative role is responsible for seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients. This involves using advanced sales tactics to cultivate strong relationships with prospects from the first contact until qualifying the opportunity. Key Responsibilities Maintain high call volume daily (80-100 calls) Develop leads in cold and warm prospect accounts to generate interest in our solutions Gather prospects' needs and understand their initiatives related to our solutions Discover new software opportunities by calling targeted prospect accounts Generate a steady flow of qualified opportunities each month Develop and deliver high-level product presentations to new clients Participate in the development of accounts, prospect profiling, and sales cycles Collaborate with experienced account managers when prospecting accounts and creating opportunities Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese High-energy self-starter who can learn quickly and engage clients 1+ years of cold calling experience preferred Ambition to grow and build a career in sales Ability to resonate with the prospect's situation and detect needs Positive and energetic phone skills Customer-focused, results-driven with excellent interpersonal skills Salesforce experience is a plus
