Airswift seeks a Regional Sales Professional to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and manage client relationships in Brazil and the Northern region of South America. This role combines business development, client engagement, and project support to deliver exceptional customer experiences and sustained revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing a country-level sales strategy aligned with regional growth goals. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the power generation and industrial sectors. Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions. Managing proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations. Serving as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Representing the company in client meetings, site visits, and industry events. Conducting market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial services or technical environments, with a proven track record of success. Required qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. Experience with CRM systems and consultative selling. Knowledge of HRSG and Thermal Engineering.
