We are looking for a person to work as an IT Project Manager .

What you will do:

  • Dealing with the detailed planning of IT projects, including schedules, resources, budgets and deliverables. Ensure the efficient and effective execution of all project phases.
  • Supervising cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance and ensuring effective collaboration between team members.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and problems within projects, develop mitigation strategies and resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, team members, senior management and others involved in the projects.
  • Implementing quality control processes to ensure that projects meet established standards and requirements, delivering high-quality results.
  • Dealing with changes in project scope effectively, assessing the impact on deliverables and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Carry out post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes.

What we want from you:

  • Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Advanced English (required).

Differential requirements:

  • Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional).
