AML Compliance Specialist The role of AML Compliance Specialist is critical in ensuring the organization remains compliant with all anti-money laundering regulations. Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Brazilian regulatory requirements and global best practices. Act as the primary interface with regulators, providing timely and accurate responses to any queries or requests for information. Conduct customer due diligence reviews, analyzing data to identify potential risks and assessing their impact on the business. Support ongoing monitoring activities, including reviewing and updating risk assessments to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Key Responsibilities: Prepare suspicious transaction reports (STRs) and other regulatory filings as required. Track legislative developments and updates to anti-money laundering regulations, ensuring the organization remains informed and compliant.
