Mobile Development Lead

Lead Mobile Developer Opportunity We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Mobile Developer to spearhead the development of our mobile application. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting and building mobile applications from scratch using React Native. They will be responsible for leading the development of our four core tabs: Home, Discover, Workspace, and Cofounder (AI chat). A strong understanding of native UI components, gesture systems, animations, and smooth navigation is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing high-performance chat interfaces for AI interactions. Integration with our backend (Node/TS) and web tools will be a key aspect of this position. Building token-secure WebView bridges for launching web features inside a native shell will also be a responsibility of this role. The Lead Mobile Developer will be accountable for owning performance, architecture, and long-term maintainability of the mobile application. Collaboration with product and design teams will be crucial to move quickly and iterate on new features. This role requires shipping new features weekly on a fast-moving roadmap. The successful candidate will also be responsible for helping uplevel the engineering team and establishing mobile best practices.
