The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of contract management principles, practices, and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate contractual agreements to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Develop and implement effective contracting strategies to meet business objectives. Maintain accurate records and databases related to contracts and contract processes. Provide training and guidance to colleagues on contract management best practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in an academic, healthcare environment, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training. Strong knowledge of contract management principles, practices, and methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
