As a Junior Recruiter, you will support the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth hiring experience. You will work in a hybrid environment , blending the flexibility of remote work with valuable in-office collaboration. 🧠 What You’ll Do Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate fit Schedule interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring managers Post job ads across platforms and track engagement Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and employer branding activities Support the HR team in improving recruitment processes
