Contract Review and Support Specialist At our organization, we are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Contract Review and Support Specialist to collaborate with our legal team in Brazil. Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and business documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws and regulations. Support the preparation of legal documents, filings, and reports, utilizing expertise in contract management and negotiation. Conduct research on labor, corporate, and regulatory topics to provide informed advice and recommendations. Help monitor compliance with local laws, internal policies, and deadlines, maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Liaise with external law firms, government entities, and notary offices as needed, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Provide general administrative and legal support to the Legal department, contributing to the smooth operation of our business. Requirements for the Position Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Law (3rd year or above). Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor and corporate law, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and statutes. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools. Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit, with a commitment to collaborative work. Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages such as Mandarin are a plus. Experience in companies in the initial phase of operation in Brazil, particularly in contexts of rapid expansion, is an advantage.
