Project Analyst - Mid-Level

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Mid-Level Project Analyst to join our team. Requirements & Qualifications

Professional Experience

• Proven experience in project management , preferably within technology environments .
• Hands-on experience working with both traditional methodologies (e.g., PMBOK) and Agile frameworks .
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project , or similar platforms.

Technical Knowledge

• Solid understanding of IT Governance and frameworks such as COBIT or ITIL .
• Familiarity with the structure and operations of a Project Management Office (PMO) .
• Strong grasp of the Information Systems development lifecycle .
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Totvs, or equivalents), including key modules.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and related frameworks

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & PMO Support

• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of medium to high-complexity projects , ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in standardizing and continuously improving project methodologies, processes, and tools.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, RACI matrices , and status reports.
• Monitor and report on project KPIs , providing actionable insights to support decision-making.

Governance & Information Systems

• Ensure project compliance with IT governance policies and information security standards .
• Act as a strategic liaison between business units and technical teams , facilitating requirement gathering and system implementation.
• Participate in system rollouts, upgrades, and migrations , including integration with ERP platforms .

Agile Practices & Team Collaboration

• Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to enhance delivery efficiency and promote continuous value creation.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives , when applicable.
• Collaborate on team management , supporting resource allocation, motivating team members, and resolving conflicts to foster a productive and inclusive work environment.

Languages

• Advanced English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking is mandatory .

Preferred Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Project Management.
• Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM ) and/or Agile Methodologies (e.g., CSM, PSM ).
• Experience working on international projects .
