We are currently seeking a skilled Account Growth Specialist to build and maintain strong client relationships. Main Responsibilities Client portfolio management Developing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets New business development Conducting business reviews with clients Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts Preparing and presenting reports on account performance and sales forecasts The ideal candidate will possess: Excellent communication and negotiation skills Able to work independently in a dynamic environment Proven experience in the travel and hospitality sectors Commercial acumen and knowledge of B2B sales Project management skills Proficiency in English and Portuguese as working languages
