Role Description

This position at Charly Agency offers a dynamic opportunity. As a Project Manager, you'll lead diverse digital projects, from web design and development to UX design and branding. You’ll coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring deliverables meet the highest quality standards. This role is not limited to traditional project management; it requires a hands-on approach—whether supporting the team with copywriting, compiling reports, or conducting quality assurance checks.

We’re looking for someone detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to see the big picture, a great sense of ownership, and an understanding of how individual tasks contribute to overall project success. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with designers, developers, clients, and internal team members, ensuring that all deliverables align with our standards and client expectations.

This is a remote contractor position.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee digital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.
• Coordinate with designers, developers, and technical teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure all deliverables meet client and agency standards.
• Monitor project timelines and resources, addressing any deviations proactively.
• Follow up diligently with team members to ensure progress aligns with project milestones.

Hands-On Contribution:

• Support with content tasks, such as drafting or reviewing copy.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing reports to provide insights to clients or internal teams.
• Be prepared to learn new skills and adapt to emerging project needs.

Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication.
• Translate technical or design concepts into terms easily understood by all stakeholders.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project management within digital agencies, product development, web design, UX design, or related fields.
• High attention to detail and the ability to see the broader strategic picture.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Basic understanding of web design and development processes.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and learn new tools or methods as needed.
• International exposure (work or study abroad, exchange programs) is a plus.

• Salary: $1,500-$2,000 per month based on experience, composed of a base salary and performance bonuses.
