You will work closely with the design team to develop and implement design guidelines, training programs, and workflow optimization strategies to ensure consistent high-quality results. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and evolve design standards to ensure consistency and excellence across all projects. Develop and implement training programs to enhance designer skills and knowledge. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and productivity without compromising quality. Collaborate with the design team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to achieve better results. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in leading a creative team in a digital marketing or agency environment. Proven track record of maintaining high design standards and driving excellence in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Deep understanding of design principles, including visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition. Strong technical skills in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Experience with design systems, style guides, and branding guidelines.
