Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth. Responsibilities: Collect and organize daily promotional data and materials. Produce and maintain promotional materials, including catalogs, customer cases, product videos, etc. Manage marketing materials, including catalogs, gifts, samples, etc. Ensure translation quality and cost control of Portuguese materials. Oversee overall quality control of daily promotional news and articles. Assist in developing targeted promotion plans for key customers, monitor implementation, collect various data, and provide feedback on issues. Assist in developing an annual promotional material production plan, monitor implementation, collect various data, and provide feedback on issues. Coordinate with the technical department and pre-sales support department to control the technical knowledge points of promotional materials. Plan and execute company open days and exhibitions. Maintain customer data into CRM system. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have: Marketing or Advertising management bachelor degree or higher. Experience of 2 years or more, equivalent position experience of 1 year or more. Experience in handling market trends and related work; Proficient in market tools such as online marketing, SEO optimization, WeChat promotion, email marketing, etc. Familiar with various databases and software related to market research and analysis. Good learning and communication coordination skills. Basic knowledge of foreign trade. Ability to communicate in English. Strong customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Output of targeted promotional materials for major customers. Preparation and monitoring of exhibitions and offline activities. Industry magazine and outdoor advertising placement management.
