Job Overview We are seeking an AI-focused leader to drive delivery for multiple initiatives. This role combines product ownership, delivery management, and stakeholder leadership. The ideal candidate will translate business goals into clear problem statements, prioritize backlogs, and define sequenced delivery plans. Own the order of work: define MVP, prioritize by impact and effort, and ensure the first outcomes are meaningful and measurable. You will manage expectations with stakeholders around scope, tradeoffs, and timelines. Act as a Product Owner across one or two concurrent AI projects. Collaborate with an AI Architect and engineering leads to align business outcomes with technical implementation. Facilitate Sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on outcomes, learning, and velocity rather than ceremony. About the Role Key Responsibilities: Translate ambiguous business goals into clear problem statements, prioritized backlogs, and sequenced delivery plans. Define and prioritize features based on impact and effort. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in software development, product management, or a related field.
