SAP Basis Consultant This role involves working as an SAP Basis Consultant, providing technical support and services related to SAP Basis and SAP Applications. Key Responsibilities: Strong knowledge of IT Service Management, SAP Basis and SAP Applications is essential. Working experience with SAP HEC, SAP S/4HANA or any other cloud solution is required. Hands-on experience with infrastructure operations, network, interfaces and Load Balancer topics related to SAP landscape management (TLO) is necessary. Strong technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to form the solution/designing the mechanism for end-to-end solutioning are a must. Hands on experience in Migration (on-premise to Cloud/Cross cloud/Cross DC's) is also essential. Requirements: Excellent customer focus / Networking / Relationship Building /Results-driven / Self-organized / Decision making are expected. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are a requirement. Understanding of escalation handling and procedures with customers while proactively working with internal teams towards arriving at a resolution is necessary. Experience in working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams or individuals is desired. Proficiency in English (Written and verbal) is required. Good to have: Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how, Knowledge of/certification in one of Azure, AWS or GCP fundamentals, Experience with Migration, Upgrade projects esp. on S/4H Cloud, Knowledge of Project Management Fundamentals, ITIL, Lean Fundamentals.
