Core Tasks:
- Run point on sales pitches and manage deals from discovery to close
- Manage 5 - 6 sales calls per day, with expectation of growth going forward
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
- Negotiate terms and close deals with clients
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management
Must Haves:
- 5+ years experience in a Sales Executive role
- Experience in selling financial products or consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Results-driven with a strong ability to meet and exceed targets
- Proficient in HubSpot CRM software and Google Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Haves:
- Advanced degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in international sales or dealing with global clients
