The 8Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Designer to join our dynamic team. The 8Agency is an independent B2B digital marketing agency serving leading technology companies around the globe.

Position Overview:

Our Design team is looking for a Graphic Designer to join the team of one of the agency's largest clients, working in an in-house model, allocated at our client’s office (hybrid model). The ideal candidate should have experience in design focused on the production and development of campaigns, with a focus on digital (social media, email, and other types of internal communication pieces). They will work in partnership with the copywriter and, occasionally, the video team, developing materials for the client’s internal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Create assets for internal communication, including newsletters, emails, presentations, infographics, videos, posters, and other digital and printed content.
• Visual development of campaigns and internal communication assets, including key visuals.
• Collaborate with marketing area, and other departments to understand communication needs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Maintain consistency of the company’s visual identity across all internal communication materials.
• Develop and update templates for internal use.
• Participate in meetings and contribute with creative ideas for internal communication campaigns.
• Review and refine designs based on feedback received.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within established deadlines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Or experience in the area.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer. Experience in internal communication is a plus.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools, including FIGMA, among others.
• Bonus (not mandatory): ability to create simple animations and videos (After Effects, Premiere).
• Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills to interact with different areas within the agency and the client.
• Proactivity and ability to solve problems creatively.
• Intermediate English. Spanish is a plus.
• Hybrid work model, with 100% allocation at the client.
• Availability to work twice a week at the client’s office in the Santo Amaro region, near Avenida João Dias, João Dias CPTM Station, purple line.
